Cracked or Uncracked? Its up to you. When we open one of these Moroccan geodes we will find white quartz crystals inside. If the geode is solid, we will find a nodule of quartz. These geodes are mined and estimated to be around 34 million years old. It can take hundreds of millions of years for the space inside a geode to fill up and many geodes remain partly hollow.
